What you can do

Run projects with your team. Create nested projects, assign tasks, chat in real time, and tag teammates or tasks with @ and #. Pick who sees what with four clear roles: Owner, Admin, Member, and Viewer.

Manage personal tasks. Set due dates, priorities, recurrence, and tags. Nest sub-tasks as deep as you need. Attach files. Push everything to your Google or Apple Calendar so nothing slips.

Build habits that stick. Pick a schedule (fixed days, weekly target, or no schedule at all), log full or partial completions, and watch your streaks grow. Earn XP for every check-in.

Keep a journal that does the work for you. Type an entry, or just talk. Voice entries get transcribed, summarised, and turned into action. Say "did 20 push-ups and finished the design doc" and Kaizen logs the habit and ticks the task for you. Every action is undoable from the entry.
