AI Chat Data Sharing Disclosure Before any AI chat request is sent, the app displays an “AI Chat & Data Sharing” consent prompt. If the user accepts, the app sends to Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service: chat text, selected country/region, selected consultation type and sub-category, selected professional, and a pseudonymous internal user ID (subscription/token enforcement). If the user declines, AI Chat remains disabled and the app remains usable.
