compared to other apps, this app has SO much more workout variety on a free version!! The different tones you can set for the mascot, the XP and leaderboard system, the little badges you can earn, etc etc has been soo motivating for me! I’ve had the app for a couple of days, and I’ve been loving it so far. I’ve recommended it to some friends also who are beginning their fitness journey, but don’t know where to start. This app is very good for some guidance and quick workouts if you’re a beginner, or you need some help on those lazy days. I’m looking forward to using this app very regularly. It would be a great addition to my routine. 🖤

i really love this app and it does make working out a lot more fun and motivating, but the main problem is how fast the energy depletes and that it doesn’t tell you when it finishes recharging. if you refresh the app, its back at 250. even if i wait a few hours, energy hasn’t fully recharged or is at 250 and after a minute, is back at zero.
