IOparteciPA is the civic app that connects citizens and Municipalities.

You can report local issues such as potholes, abandoned waste, broken streetlights or public green areas requiring maintenance, by adding a photo and your location.

In participating Municipalities, you can track the status of your report and receive official alerts and communications directly from the local Administration.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Report Take a photo, select the type of issue and submit your report in just a few seconds.

2. Track Receive updates when the Municipality takes charge of, processes and closes your report.

3. Receive View alerts published by participating Municipalities. During the initial phase, communications cover traffic and weather alerts.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• IOparteciPA is a privately developed app created by B Solutions Technology S.r.l. Società Benefit.
• It is not a government app, does not represent public authorities and does not perform institutional functions.
• Available features may vary depending on whether a Municipality has joined the platform and on its individual configuration.
• In Municipalities that have not yet joined, reports may be forwarded using publicly available official contact details. Receipt, processing and response remain entirely the responsibility of the recipient authority.
• Alerts displayed in the app are published directly by participating Municipalities through the tools provided by the platform.
• IOparteciPA must not be used for emergencies or situations involving immediate danger. In an emergency, contact the European Emergency Number 112 or the relevant emergency services.
