Boeing FeedbackApp is a mobile-first platform designed to empower airline mechanics with a collaborative space to share maintenance insights, troubleshoot issues, and access Boeing-provided technical resources. Developed in response to feedback from the 737 Program and Fleet Chief Office by Chief Mechanic Office, the app addresses key gaps in customer engagement—specifically the slow feedback loop, lack of crowd-sourcing capabilities, and limited distribution of best practices
