The reviews are largely negative about the PureGym US iPhone app. The most recurring issues are unreliable QR entry and scanning problems, slow performance and hard-to-navigate UI, no in-app subscription management (including cancellation), a perceived loss of functionality after the merger, and privacy/security concerns around the scanner and login behavior. It’s very frustrating since this has been the issue with the new pure gym app. It’s very vague… has no information whatsoever ever to do basic things, whether using the app or the web, same thing … trying to manage my subscription is the same thing… no info on the app… how am I sopposed manage my subscription or access a “pin” or “forgot password” when it won’t even let me ? Just stupid
