I’ve currently played more levels than anyone with over 17,000. Several times I’ve purchased packages and have gotten nothing but a receipt from Apple. Never received what I paid for. I’ve constantly contacted app support which was a massive waste of time. Not a single response to my emails, not a single refund or credit!!! They recently “updated” and fixed bugs. But since there’s been nothing but issues, and they’ve taken away most of the bonuses that help you get through the games. It’s becoming a joke.

I really enjoy the game but for a day or two it won’t load .. don’t know what’s going on.. can someone tell me if the game is broken??? Why the game won’t let me play.. when I press play, nothing…
