FreeSpot is the parking app that shows you the price, the zone and the rules before you park – and lets you pay right in the app.

Most parking apps only show the spaces they sell themselves. FreeSpot shows them all: paid parking, time-limited spaces and free spaces – with tariffs and time limits, so you choose with your eyes open.

THE MAP • See every parking space in the area on one map • Live availability, where we have data • Filter by free, time-limited and paid parking • Find multi-storey car parks, accessible bays and spaces with EV charging • Tap a zone to see its tariff, rules and time limit

SEARCH AND COMPARE • Search an address and see the spaces around it • Sort by nearest or cheapest • Move the price slider to decide whether cost or walking distance matters more • See the expected price before you leave home

PAY IN THE APP • Pay for your parking directly in the app • Save your number plates and pick the right one when you pay • A lookup in the Danish Motor Register confirms the car is yours • Extend your parking without walking back to the car • Your receipts are collected in your profile

WHILE YOU PARK • Follow your parking from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island • Get a reminder before time runs out • See what an extension costs before you confirm

SAVE AND SHARE • Save the spaces you use often as favourites • Get directions to the space in Apple Maps or Google Maps • Share a space with a friend

CITIES The map covers Aalborg, Aarhus, Copenhagen and Frederiksberg. Payment in the app is available in Aalborg, and we are working on opening payment in more cities.
