Tioga County Office of Emergency Services is an interactive mobile app designed to assist the citizens and visitors of Tioga County, NY before, during, and after an emergency or disaster whether natural or manmade.

The app provides various features that strive to help keep the citizens of Tioga County educated, prepared, and informed on preparedness and protective measures. Such features include: Threat Assessment, My Emergency Plan, Contact Us, Power Outages, Damage Report Form, and much more. Although we cannot always predict when emergencies or disasters will occur, every individual, family, business, and community must do their part to ensure they are prepared.
