How It Works

Set Your Goal With a Friend Pick someone to challenge - whether it's a gym buddy, a friend, or a partner. Choose a shared fitness target that works for you - like training 4 times a week, followed by the duration of time you promise to be consistent for (e.g. 8 weeks).
