SESSION LOGBOOK

After each session, take the time to note down what you experienced. Enter the spot, weather conditions, equipment used, settings chosen, what you worked on, and how you felt. Add photos and videos if you filmed yourself, data from your GPS watch if you have one… This is the foundation of structured and measurable progress. Picturide becomes your technical memory, accessible anywhere, anytime.

PERSONALIZED GOALS

Set two or three goals per discipline, then break them down into intermediate steps that can be validated over your sessions. This makes your training more motivating and allows you to visualize your concrete progress. If you work with a coach, define your goals with them: they will also validate your achievements as you go.

COACHING AND CHAT WITH A PRO

Choose a Picturide coach adapted to your discipline, level, and practice location. Send them your session reports for analysis. They will study your videos, identify points for improvement, and send you a personalized progression plan: technical corrections, exercises to integrate into your next sessions, and advice on settings and equipment. You can also exchange with them via a private chat and ask all your questions.

DIGITAL QUIVER

Picturide includes a feature to manage your equipment. Centralize all your gear (boards, wings, foils, etc.) in one tool. This allows your coach to better support you, and helps you keep a clear view of what you use, when, and how. Track the usage rate of each piece of equipment, anticipate renewals or resales, and keep all the info at hand when you visit a shop to complete your set-up.
