Phebdan Health Care Services limited is a Domiciliary Care Provider that specializes in the supply of Health care staff to residents in their Homes. We provide the well needed Home Care Services to the local communities.

Our aim is to provide quality care with passions for people who wish to retain independence in their own homes, and we offer a realistic alternative to Residential Care. Whilst many of our clients will be older people we also care for younger adults. The range of conditions that we cover includes: Dementia; Parkinson’s disease; Muscular dystrophy; Motor neurons; Palliative care, as part of a wider team; Stroke, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.

Our services are flexible and a care and support package can range from 30 minutes to few hours a day and round the clock live-in-care . We also provide personal assistance support for all personal care, medication management and supervision , support with house work,companionship, escorting clients to health appointments, Hospital Sitting and support,Follow up hospital discharge care, social events and even holidays. Furthermore, We are proud to be working with the NHS to provide care for Covid-19 patients and supporting fast hospital discharge.

Our care and support services are delivered by highly trained caregivers under the guidance of our Registered Care Manager with combined knowledge of over 15 years experience.

We are very keen and passionate about our jobs and as such we ensure that all our staff are well trained, DBS cleared and CQC compliant.Our recruitment process also involves in-depth vetting of candidates with all the relevant governing bodies and the referencing with previous employers covering all years of prior employment history. We provide various candidates from different backgrounds and trades throughout the United Kingdom, therefore We tends to match caregivers carefully with clients and ensure continuity.
