Kataria Motors' ELMS is mobile application designed exclusively for its customers, vendors, employees and all other members associated with kataria group. The app streamlines the process of collecting and managing sales leads for new and used cars, while rewarding referees with predefined incentives / discounts / other benifits for each successful lead. Access to the app is restricted to Kataria Motors approved members only who were earlier part of this referral program offline. Each car model has a predefined incentive structure that is visible while submitting the lead. This transparent incentive system motivates to actively contribute leads, knowing the exact rewards they can expect for each model. The app is built to boost sales efficiency, encourage participation in business development, and centralize lead tracking—all while ensuring data security.
