The final loan terms, including interest rates, fees, and repayment tenure, are determined solely by the respective bank or NBFC partner based on your creditworthiness and their policies. The following information is indicative and covers the general range offered by our partners:

Minimum and Maximum Period for Repayment:

• Personal Loans: Typically from 24 months (2 years) to 84 months (7 years).
• Home Loans & Loan Against Property: Typically from 12 months (1 year) up to 360 months (30 years). Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR):
• The APR for loans facilitated through our platform can vary depending on the lending partner, loan amount, loan type, tenure, and the customer's credit profile.
• For Personal Loans, the APR generally ranges from approximately 10.50% to 22% (including interest rate and applicable fees).
• For secured loans like Home Loans, the APR is typically lower.
• Representative Example of the Total Cost of the Loan: Let's consider an example of a Personal Loan facilitated through one of our partners:
• Loan Amount: ₹1,00,000
• Interest Rate (APR): 14% per annum
• Tenure: 12 months
• Processing Fee (illustrative, can vary by lender): 2% of loan amount = ₹2,000 + GST as applicable
• Total Interest Payable: ₹7,801 (calculated via reducing balance method)
• Equated Monthly Installment (EMI): ₹9,002
• Total Amount Payable (Principal + Total Interest + Processing Fee): ₹1,00,000 + ₹7,801 + ₹2,000 = ₹1,09,801 (excluding GST on processing fee).
