There is absolutely no way to purchase pilates packages despite the website directing me to the app. The calendar is not user friendly, neither is the favorites thing.

I just joined Villa Sport in Beaverton Oregon and I like the facilities. The app and website are absolutely horrendous. I can’t sign into my account because it won’t let me change my password even after receiving multiple temporary passwords and submitting an IT ticket. The staff were very helpful but there is still no solution. This app and website needs an overhaul or fire your developer because for how much I’m paying this is unacceptable. Going to go submit my second IT ticket in person after this issue was supposedly resolved. Figure it out.
