I got the membership thinking it was actually going to help, then it told me I should be eating 300 calories a day??? I tried to cancel my membership and receive a refund immediately just to find out there’s no help number and no way to cancel it. I got scammed. There’s a help email but after about two or three emails and waiting a week or two I realized the email was probably fake and I’m never going to get a response. Now I feel uncomfortable that this company has my card information. Completely awful consumer support and experience.

It is a good app but I’ve been trying to access the meal section but it is not generational the plan. I emailed support but I haven’t heard anything back. Hopefully there’s an update or solution.
