Manages event bookings for operators/staff/providers on our network.

The app assists our network of staff/providers/operators to manage event appointments/bookings more efficiently that we have scheduled.

Access To The App: Secure as only operators registered under our service provider network will be able to complete the app registration process and gain access to the app functions as they will go through a validation process to ensure they are registered providers on our network. Users that are not on our network cannot pass verification process as they need to be listed as a provider/operator on our network which can only be done by our operations and IT Managers.

Appointments on the app: Operators/providers that have been registered on our service provider network and that have completed the validation process on the app can be appointed on scheduled events.

App Management: Allow our backend users to efficiently manage appointments and ensure our operators/service providers availability and that they are receiving booking assigned to them and following the necessary workflows to ensure we are attending to the scheduled events timeously and completing workflow from the app.

Service providers/operators can view all assigned events/appointments/bookings on the app to ensure they attend to the scheduled events.
