Created a QR Scanner for the customer register with the city hall, and drivers can now view their assigned routes and customer locations directly on Google Maps.

• Notifications: Users will receive alerts from the garbage collection team before they head out and once they have collected garbage from the user’s street.

-> Convenience and smooth operation of the app: • Easy problem reporting: Users can quickly report issues such as missed garbage collection, illegal garbage dumping in public areas, or other related problems directly through the app. This promotes a sense of shared responsibility and builds greater trust in the service.
