Locked is an iOS utility app that leverages the Family Controls entitlement to enforce per-app and per-category restrictions via a physical NFC tag. When the user taps their custom Locked NFC tag, the app toggles a managed-settings lock (using the ManagedSettings framework) on selected apps and categories. This provides a simple, hardware-driven mechanism for digital wellbeing, focused work or study sessions, and parental controls.

This app was just what I was looking for. Physical blocker for the masses. I find myself going long periods without scanning to lock again. A feature that would unlock for a specified period of time after a scan before locking again would really help prevent doomscrolling while unlocked.
