Our fall risk assessment estimates an individual's probability of falling over the next 12 months, leveraging over 2,000 peer-reviewed academic studies. A combination of a few physical performance tests and questionnaires is the foundation of our evidence-based, clinically accurate approach.

The app will help you assess yourself or someone you care for in just 10 minutes. All that's needed for the physical performance tests are a chair and about 15 ft (5 m) of a flat smooth surface that is safe for walking.
