More steps to sign in, even though you don’t need a password any longer. Too complicated also having to drill down to make rent payments, not user-friendly

This new and improved app is only new and improved in the sense that the interface looks slightly better. However, the functionality of paying rent and viewing documents lacks real time updates while signing in has some issues
