Users within the same location can view existing tickets for that location, helping to prevent duplicate entries. Role-Based Collaboration: Submitters: Can create and track tickets, and engage in communication threads. Approvers: Are assigned per ticket and can approve or reject with clear audit trails. T-Hub supports a two-level approval process: the first approver must approve the ticket, while the second approver provides a conditional approval for the ticket. Participants: Can be invited into tickets for communication purposes, without approval rights. Complete Transparency: All users involved in a ticket can see the latest status, actions, and messages—ensuring full visibility and streamlined collaboration. Secure File Attachments: T-Hub allows users to optionally upload supporting files—such as images, PDFs, or documents—when submitting a ticket.
