User Reviews

Overall, reviewers describe PokerStars on FanDuel as unreliable and unfair, citing rigged or bot-driven play, frequent bad beats, and lopsided distributions. The mobile app is buggy and unstable, with crashes and location-verification disconnects that eject players mid-hand. The FanDuel merger is viewed as a downgrade from the original PokerStars, hurting UI, balance, and promotions. Bonuses are often deemed misleading or unreliably paid, and the user experience is hampered by a difficult UI and awkward bet controls.
Pros
Cons
  • Perceived rigged or bot-driven games with frequent strong bad beats and manipulated-looking hands.
  • Buggy mobile app with crashes, glitches, and location verification that boots players mid-hand and prevents multi-tabling.
  • Downgrade in quality after the FanDuel merger, including worse UI, balance, and overall gameplay experience compared to pre-merger PokerStars.
  • Promotions and bonuses are perceived as misleading or not paid as promised, including deposit bonuses and welcome offers.
  • Poor UI/UX and usability issues, such as small fonts for stacks, unreliable betting controls, and difficult navigation.
