The proctor did not speak English that well, which dragged the set up process to nearly an hour! I’ve had proctored exams in the past, but I’ve never been any software or team that was this incompetent, untimely, and confusing the navigate. If you have an hour reserved to take your test, add an hour and a half. Ridiculous.
