The required, high-surveillance proctoring—room scans, multiple cameras, and strict desk setup—feels excessive for home environments. Support is often slow or unhelpful, and exams are sometimes terminated or blocked for 'security reasons' with little explanation. Many would prefer in-person testing if available due to time, cost, and reliability concerns.

Setup/identity verification is extremely lengthy and arduous (often over an hour) with multiple room scans and camera placements.

Recent reviews

This adds yet another barrier for possible students who want to get an education, while schools try to wipe the responsibility of managing multiple students at once by, once again, taking the easy way out of working harder to take care of your students. I’d be embarrassed to work for a school that forces an app upon a grown man that films him in 2 different camera angles because they can’t stop 18 year old kids from cheating using AI.

Proctortrack claims onboarding will take 4-8 hours. It has been over 24 hours and I still haven’t received any updates. It’s clear proctortrack is a joke. I recommend that you save yourself the time and do the exam at a local testing center.
