The tattoo try-on feature works so much better than any other tattoo app (I’ve tried at least 7). So I was upset when a bug wouldn’t let it work on my iPhone 13. I emailed support and they fixed it within a few days and thanked me for alerting them. I was honestly shocked at how nice, responsive, and effective they were at fixing my app experience. These guys care!!!
