i do not like a want to cancel

I was mislead into thinking my subscription was canceled. This app has too many ads and I thought I canceled my subscription immediately, but am still trying to be charged for it. 10 freaking bucks. And I cannot find ANYWHERE any contact information so I may get this charge canceled! Customer support anywhere? Hello?
