Can’t see accounts as well

This is no longer a user friendly app or process, quite the opposite. The previous version of this app was stellar! You could easily deposit checks, monitor accounts, etc, and it was all in a very user friendly format. This new version looks and feels like I’m signed into a windows computer in the 1990s. It’s horrendous, slow, and incredibly clear that they didn’t run it by actual humans for feedback before launching it.

The new version of the Busey Bank mobile app is a disappointing change from the previous version. The layout feels less user-friendly, the navigation is more confusing, and basic tasks take more effort to find. The overall design looks dated rather than modern, and the user experience feels like a step backward. A banking app should be simple, intuitive, and efficient, but this update has made it harder to quickly access information and complete everyday banking tasks. I hope Busey considers customer feedback and improves the design, navigation, and usability in future updates.
