It’s definitely helpful that it captures your snoring (but also misidentifies noise like motorcycle as snoring). Also links with auto sleep app so you can see the summary. Wish the snoring chart was downloadable to show to my doctor.

Sucks you have to pay for this let alone that you have to start it manually. It SHOULD integrate into Health and "know L when you hit sleep mode. 🤷‍♂️
