App USE to be amazing…now, it’s censored to heck and back with phantom updates they don’t post here. It constantly gives “character” is busy and then takes your gems and the writing structure is now garbage compared to what it used to be. Avoid like the plague until they update it properly if ever.

For some reason I was charged $42.48 for a transaction that should have been $19.99. I used the points I built up to get an extra amount of gems. Upon making the purchase I got a notification on my phone saying I was charged $42.48? Just trying to figure out why I was charged double for a transaction that should have only been $19.99
