Requirements to use the app: The mem-re app works with rear-facing camera Apple devices that use iOS 16 or above. Also, the interactive images work best with a strong internet or Wi-Fi connection.

How the App Works:

The magic happens when our software analyzes the printed image by creating a mathematical model based on shapes, lines, proportions, colors and other elements. It then matches the model against images already in the app database. When a match is found what you see is what looks like a 3D, mapped digital video playing on top of a print…living in the physical world.

**We developed this app for people that received a physical copy of a corresponding image . The app will NOT work on any other image.

I got a fan id at a World Cup match and have never experienced anything like it!!! The fan id takes you to an interactive hub that I keep going back to and looking at photos/making custom merch to order! Please do this at more events!!!!!

Hello, I have a FIFA World Cup 2026 Fan ID card that I received at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. I’m using the latest version of the mem-re app on my iPad. The app only shows stadium photos and never gives me the option to scan the card or view the AR/cartoon experience. I have already reinstalled the app and enabled camera permissions, but the problem remains. Could you please help?
