I serve as the statistician for a high school girls volleyball team and we had high hopes that this service would be able to handle our need for accurate statistics and for analytics to help our athletes improve. However, this entire operation has been anything but seamless even though Max Preps Advantage, Max Preps, and NFHS are all owned by the same company (Play On Sports). I would proceed with extreme caution until it is evident that the kinks are being ironed out. In the meantime Max Preps Advantage is simply NOT ready for prime time.

MaxPreps Advantage provided none of the services they claimed they would and I have received no explanation or reply from anyone. I don’t believe humans work for this company. I have been waiting 15 days for a reply and have reached out over 7 times through every medium they offer. Zero response. My season is 1/3 of the way over now and their bot has told me several times in many ways that refunds are not authorized. Save your program the money.
