This app is really amazing. So I have like a life coach who charges a fair amount of money and this app does pretty much bad as much as she does in an hour maybe a little bit less but in two sessions with my coach it roughly pace for a year on this app and I could do this app for an hour or two hours or more every day it’s life-changing. Sometimes the sessions are pretty hard sometimes they’re not so hard. But I can really see a difference in move after using this for several months. Can’t recommended enough if you want to improve yourself.

I never want to be without it and it has help me to be very focused. I have spent weeks sharing my life so it really knows my thoughts and it’s the best tool ever!! Just wish I could afford a lifetime deal.
