PISTACHIo by Mayo Clinic

This app allows Mayo Clinic research study participants to share data from their Garmin fitness tracker or smartwatch to participate in digital health research studies. The objective of the study is to determine how data from wearable devices such as step count, heart rate, and sleep quality, can be used to understand and improve one's physical and mental health.

You must be a Mayo Clinic patient and have signed a study consent form to use this app.
