Front desk staff is completely inadequate at working alongside this half baked app. App will duplicate user id accounts which don’t properly connect to their payment system resulting in either 1) getting stopped everytime you scan your incorrect QR code or 2) be forced to wait and verbally say your phone number every time. They refuse to give physical scanning dog tags (which they still have) and the management staff is lack luster on trying to encourage membership sign ups. Onboarding slides continuously play even after account login - due to being developed poorly/incorrectly.
