This app is extremely inefficient and difficult to use. The app often doesn’t work the first time you open it, and you have to shut it down and restart it, but it also says you can get messages instantly, which simply isn’t true. The whole process is frustrating. Depending on how teachers, coaches or advisors send the message out, it doesn’t get to you instantly, and on top of that if they do it the correct way, it sent to you via a link that you have to click on which directs you back to the app which you have to hope works. Important school information should be delivered promptly, and easy to access. I do not understand why our school went to this. There’s always a learning curve when new technology is presented, but this isn’t a learning curve. This is a technology problem. The process is overly complicated and unreliable.
