If you are an employee of one of our partner organisations, you’ll receive a code to unlock the voice-based wellness experience in the app. In just a few minutes, the app guides you through a simple voice and breathing task, followed by a short lifestyle questionnaire. The result is a personalised “vocal snapshot” that offers motivational feedback to support a more active lifestyle — similar to the wellness features found in other consumer health apps. The voice-based feedback is powered by AI and inspired by general wellness concepts. It is designed to encourage users to reflect on habits such as activity levels, stress, and breathing, but does not provide any medical evaluation or physiological measurement.
