Kesa is basically the training partner you never knew you needed — it walks you through logging each session so it never feels like a chore, and over time the AI starts surfacing genuinely useful insights like where you’re getting tapped most and which submissions are actually working for you. You can track everything from techniques and rolling rounds to energy levels and injuries , and the built-in AI coach can answer technique questions based on your own rolling data, which is pretty cool. If you’re someone who’s always meant to keep a BJJ journal but never stuck with it, Kesa is probably the app that finally makes it click.

Kesa makes it super easy to track my jiu jitsu progress! I always tried to keep a journal but it’s hard to know what I want to write. Kesa is convenient and it walks you through your training session to log what you learned and what you did. I use it after every session!!!
