This app just doesn’t work for me. Granted I’ve only done 3 lessons, but I don’t like the way it is taught. Does not work for me

It won’t let me change my language level from my initial sign up. I need to change to A1 Or A 2. It says that it changed but all lessons remain at B1. This app is useless . So annoying.
