I have a full year subscription it does not allow me to down load a list

Very disappointing experience. I initially saw the price at $59.99 for one year and did not complete the purchase, but a few days later it increased to $99.99 and was somehow charged anyway. On top of that, the app does not work as advertised. Even with a 6-month search window selected, it only returns a 1-month of leads. Not reliable. Would not recommend.
