TERUNSOUL offers an easy-to-use interface, good video quality, and straightforward playback to view footage on the phone. However, the most common issues across reviews are unstable connectivity between the dash cam and the app, frequent connection failures and Wi-Fi drops, and GPS data that places you in the wrong location (often India) during playback. Some users also report hardware problems (camera won’t power on or freezes) and difficulty downloading/viewing videos. Many also wish for cloud storage options. Overall, strong feature set but reliability and missing cloud feature are the main drawbacks.

I am in the US. On the recordings, the map is frequently putting me in India. In fact, it always does. Sometimes it will overlay my real GPS info overtop the India GPS info. No way to fix it. That is rather annoying. Camera is great though!!!
