Beach Hotel Simulator 3D is fun to play and has a promising hotel-building concept, but is hampered by intrusive ads, frequent glitches that block progress, poor controls, and progression limits. The core gameplay remains appealing when working.

Pros

Fun to play.
Engaging hotel-building concept with room design and decoration.
Core management gameplay has potential to be very enjoyable when functioning correctly.

Cons

Excessive and intrusive ads with no viable option to remove them.
Frequent glitches block progress (e.g., issues with Room 15 terrace and missing pool, and problems with Rooms 5/6).
Unresponsive UI/controls that make buying furniture or navigating the hotel difficult.
Progression blockers and limited map progression (unclear if more rooms or areas exist, can’t move past early stages).
Audio occasionally cuts out.

Recent reviews

I paid for no ads because I’m literally so tired of watching more ads then the game playing time, but now I still have to watch really long ads if I need the receptionist and the cleaning ladies and only get 5 minutes out of them before I have to watch more ads in the middle of the game to hire them back. For that reason I don’t want to play the game and I feel scammed. Don’t purchase this game if you think you’re not gonna get any ads at all.
