Propose experiences at places you actually want to go. Set the time. Describe the experience.  Others browse real ideas and request to join the ones that excite them.  You choose who to meet. Then you meet. Face to face.

Your proposal is your filter: On other apps, you scroll through endless profiles hoping to find someone compatible. On Tête-à-Tête, people come to you. They see your proposal and ask themselves: Is this somewhere I'd actually go? Is this someone I'd actually meet? The ones who request already want what you want. Same place. Same energy.
