NASCAR hockey thought this would be the place to come to, but apparently it is not not any better than Apple. Guess it’s ESPN or Peacock. I will not be staying with you. Sorry for the bad news. 2026-08-16	Cj*****	It’s impossible to get out of the subscription once you sign up. The app tells me I can only upgrade my subscription from my phone, and I need to login to the TV app to cancel. When I login to the TV app, there’s no place to cancel.

2026-08-16	Ro*****	Bottom line: I do not plan to renew when my FoxNation subscription ends. How does an app go from $70 annually to $35 a month???!!! So, NO. Also, I’m unimpressed with how the transition from the several other apps to this one is going. There are still FNC, FBN, and Fox Sports apps with good functionality. Are they being phased out or what? If not, why would anyone ever want to pay for One if they can get the specialized content they want from the others for free? I could go on…but why pay $35 a month for FoxOne?

2026-08-15	je*****	I originally had a very frustrating experience trying to cancel my FOX One subscription while traveling outside the U.S. I had attempted to cancel before the renewal, but I couldn’t access the app because of the regional restrictions and was subsequently charged. My initial refund request was denied because of the standard non-refundable policy. I left a review explaining the situation, and I was pleasantly surprised when FOX’s Customer Experience team reached out to me directly. They acknowledged that this was more than simply forgetting to cancel and took another look at my case. They ultimately issued a full refund as a courtesy. I still think the cancellation process and access to subscription management could be much clearer, especially when you’re unable to access the app due to regional restrictions. However, I really appreciate that FOX listened to my complaint, followed up, and ultimately made the situation right. Changing my original rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of how they handled the resolution. Thank you to the Customer Experience team for taking the time to help.
