Horrible app, tried 3 times to install

I’ve been a member for a decade. The people at my location are FANTASTIC here in Findlay Ohio. So it pains me to even consider moving banks. However the app is horrid to navigate. Everytime I try to log into my app it’s a toss up between having access to my information and being told the “application is experiencing errors”. For the last two months every time I attempt to log into my account I am redirected to App Store to update the app that has been up to date then denied access. I do want to state that I’ve never had issues accessing the money in my account. The issue is the app being down so often that it’s a waste of time to bank here. You can’t access your account on a regular basis. Yes, the bare minimum of a banks functions is met, put money into bank and bank card allows cash free transactions. Past that there is nothing special here.
