ConnectAble is a social connection app designed to help parents find meaningful friendships for their children, especially those who are neurodivergent, autistic, or living with a disability.

With safety and inclusivity at its core, ConnectAble empowers parents to build social opportunities tailored to their child’s interests, communication style, and needs. The app makes it easier to foster friendships in local communities, reduce isolation, and create a sense of belonging.

Parents create a profile for their child, no real names or personal photos required. Instead, they choose from fun avatars and select interest tags (e.g. dinosaurs, gaming, sensory play), as well as identity or support options (e.g. wheelchair user, non-speaking, etc).

The app then uses a secure, GPS-based system to find local matches and works like a swipe-style platform: parents can express interest, and when there’s a mutual match, they can chat securely through the app.
