Telekom Fiber To The Room is an application designed to manage your FTTR router (Home Gateways), Access Point(s) and your Fiber To The Room (FTTR) home network. To use this application, please ensure that your network service provider has provisioned your router on the FTTR platform, ie your FTTR service is active. The application provides, among others, the following features: • Configuration and management of your FTTR Home Gateway (router) and FTTR Access Point(s). • Management of the Blacklist, Wi-Fi settings, Parental Controls, and Guest Network, providing advanced control over your wired and wireless Fiber To The Room (FTTR) network and all connected devices to that. • Quick diagnostics of your FTTR Home Gateway and Access Point(s), providing comprehensive visibility into the status of your FTTR home network to help identify and troubleshoot potential issues. • Distributed network testing, enabling you to measure roaming performance indicators such as latency, packet loss, and throughput in distributed Wi-Fi environments. • Segment-based speed testing for FTTR networks, allowing you to measure the uplink and downlink throughput of each network segment, from the connected device (STA) to the Access Point, the Home Gateway (Gateway), and the Internet, helping you quickly identify and isolate network issues within your FTTR network.
