Such an incredible community and workout. I look forward to my classes with Andrea. Everyone is always so welcoming and supportive. With consistency, I see visible results in a short period of time compared to other workouts.

Attending the Saturday morning 45-minute Barre class was such a delightful way to start my weekend! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful, and the instructor Andrea greeted everyone with such genuine warmth. I even got a hug today The class was thoughtfully structured—just the right blend of challenging and accessible. I really appreciated the gentle reminders to focus on form and breathe, which made even the most intense moments feel manageable. Are you smiling? Each movement was clearly explained, and modifications were always offered, which helped me feel supported and included. The playlist was energizing yet calming, setting the perfect tone and making the time fly by. By the end of class, I felt refreshed, a little stronger, and wonderfully uplifted. I am SMILING! I highly recommend this Barre class to anyone, whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice. It’s a beautiful way to care for both body and mind while enjoying the supportive energy of a group. Thank you for such an inspiring start to my Saturday!
