I fell for this horrible scam! All of this content is available for free on the Internet or certainly for less than $200 each year. I somehow missed that it was a quarterly charge of $50 and then logged back in after being away for six months, and it is the exact same content that was there when I first joined.

Not sure how it happened( possibly kids using my phone) but I ended up with a charge from this app on my bank account. At first I panicked because I did not see anywhere in the app to get help but then I saw a link in an email from the app. This lead me to an email address. I simply sent an email briefly explaining my situation and how I would like for it to be corrected. I am in complete shock because within mins the request was granted !!! That is some amazing customer service!!!!
