I cancelled my subscription 2years ago and emailed them multiple times (no response) & these ppl still charging me. This app is useless to me and I never used it bc YouTube has better instructors. Give me my dmn money back

I really like the courses so far. The app has gotten me to try several new things and actually execute them! However, I’ve faced several issues so far and it has a long way to go to. To start with, I paid an extra $10 at checkout so I could share these classes with a friend. I didn’t know their email so selected the skip option so I could enter it later. However, there isn’t a way to enter it later on the website or the app. I looked everywhere and finally reached out to customer support for help, but they do not respond to you. You can only reach them by email and my inquiry was left unanswered. Also, make sure to read the small print about the payment plans because the app or website doesn’t give you much information about your subscription or payment dates. The app and website actually lack a lot and seem outdated. I do really like the courses though and how they are laid out. The biggest issue I have is that I wanted to learn recipes and crafts, but I’m only given recipe lessons and there isn’t a way to change it. I really hope they can improve their customer service and interface because they have a lot of potential.
