Used to be relatively reliable but the last few items I got are broken. Can’t get refund without driving across town. UI for watches items is worthless, they disappear without saving the item. Overall, the selection of items is very poor with most being used. These guys wasted no time getting a bit of capital and getting lazy and ruining what made this very enjoyable and useful. Back to Amazon I guess.
