Talent Assure enables virtual assessments with MCQ-based candidate tests

Talent Assure is a remote assessment application that enables recruitment teams to conduct time-bound, profile-based technical and aptitude MCQ tests as part of the hiring process. Recruiters can configure question sets, which are then presented in randomized order to ensure a unique experience for each candidate. The application tracks scores and time spent per test and overall. To maintain test integrity, it allows only one attempt per assessment and restricts browser & window switching to prevent external assistance. Upon completion, candidate access is revoked, and a consolidated performance report of all the candidates is generated for the HR team.
